We were being met at the airport the next morning and driven to our Luxury Escapes accommodation at Pangkor Laut. So we needed a hotel for the night after our flight from Canberra, Australia and the two year old Aerotel seemed to fit the bill perfectly.
Address
Level 2M , KLIA2 Terminal, Sepang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 64000
Date stayed
Tuesday 6th August 2019 for one night
Price
AUD 101.21 ( USD 71.03) for 1 night + 10 MYR (AUD 3.50) per night tourism tax. This rate included breakfast at the bar just across the hotel. We booked through Agoda which was offering a 20 percent discount at the time.
Room Type
Double Plus – 12 Hours Stay & Meal – this meant we could have the room for 12 hours from the point of checking in and breakfast was included.
Location
This was a convenient location if you have an early flight the next day, turn up late at night or if like us, you were being picked up from the airport. Having easy access to all the shops and restaurants at KLI2 gives you plenty of choice for food and to shop. The only downside was with being gateway, there would be no windows and definitely no plane spotting.

Breakfast
- With our room rate a complimentary breakfast is offered at the bar across from the hotel when you present the breakfast voucher issued to you on check-in. There is a choice of five hot dishes including a vegetarian one and three beverage options. The ice lemon tea was good although quite sweet and the Sweet and Sour chicken was decent and filled us up nicely before we met up with our driver who was transporting us to our next destination.
Pros

- Well priced and included breakfast
- Very convenient when transiting
- Lots of eateries and shops on different levels
- Room contained plenty of power and charging outlets

Summary
As a transit hotel, this place suited our needs and we were pleased with our choice. Our room was modern, clean and still felt pretty new. There were lots of shops and places to eat within the terminal that this hotel was located. The price was very affordable and even included breakfast. We would stay here again on transiting.
